Why DonoBrace®?

SIMPLE TO SPECIFY & DESIGN

The design, engineering and specification process is simple with DonoBrace®.

Structural engineers simply select and place the specific sized DonoBrace® component into structural drawings using compatible drafting software.

MORE CAPACITY AND LESS WEIGHT

The DonoBrace® G830 threaded galvanised bar has been tested to AS/NZ 1170.0 with G350 plate connections. This higher capacity result means you can choose a smaller diameter and lighter weight bar than competitor products.

FAST TO INSTALL

DonoBrace® is designed for simple and efficient installation. The steel bracing product ends allow for less sophisticated coupling components, dramatically decreasing installation time.

SUPERIOR QUALITY & DYNAMICALLY TESTED

DonoBrace® is dynamically tested for Seismic Activity, along with for Hydrogen Embrittlement.

DonoBrace® is manufactured with machined nuts and bolts for reliability. All Endplates are plasma cut, induction heated and pressed for performance.

TRANSPARENT ONSITE INSPECTIONS

Each coupler comes standard with two inspection holes for quick and simple verification that both rods are fully engaged.

STANDARDISED STOCK COMPONENTS

From the machined nuts and washers to the couplers, high tensile rod, and end plates, all parts are standardised for project flexibility.

Tried & Tested

At DonoBrace® we pride ourselves on our superior performance and comprehensive testing. To ensure the correct calculated capacities are achieved, it is imperative that DonoBrace® is used as a completed supplied system. No material substitutions are to be made without specific written authority.
